1. How do I order?

​2. How long are the Zoom Sessions, and what are the available Time Slots?

Each Zoom Sessions are 2 hrs (with 10 mins), available every Wednesday to Sunday, 11-1 pm, 3-5 pm.

 

IMPT: Note that in any case, the class is full, we will allocate you with another time slot that best suits you. A confirmation text will be sent to you as soon as we can (within a day).

3. Will the teachers be the same throughout the lesson?

We are unable to promise that teachers will remain the same as this is fully dependable on timing and slot selected

​

4. Is it necessary for parents to sit down with their kids throughout the whole session?

We strongly advise parental guidance through the lesson to help ease the process of the lesson as some steps might be harder to follow. We also encourage parents to engage with the kids during the lesson for a bonding session!

5. How many children will be in the class?

We will be limited each slot to 10 children per lesson to ensure a more conducive and personalized class 

​

 

6. How do I make payment?

We accept all kinds of credit cards,  or you can Paynow to UEN 201919406E

(Send us a screenshot of the transaction to +65 9750 1985. Include the following in the message, your name, items that you had purchased, and the date of purchase.)

3. Where do I collect my parcel/ are there alternatives?

We provide home delivery at $8, alternatively, you can choose to self-collect at our Artfully Yours Studio too.

7. Oops, I forgot to register my kid! I can't find the Zoom ID...

Don't worry, simply text us at 9750 1985, we will send you a link to register your kid, and give you our Zoom ID number too

​

 

8. Is my kid suitable for the online classes? Is there any age requirement? Do parents need to be there?

Our zoom lessons are curated and planned for age 5 and above. Of course, if your kid is slightly younger, with the help of mummy and daddy, we welcome them to join in the fun too! 

​

 

9. Can I just purchase one lesson plan for both of my kids to share?

Yes, just one sibling. However, there will only be one lesson kit. If you would like more children to join the class, please consider purchasing more lesson kits.

10. What if my kids can’t catch up with the lesson?

It's about having fun together! Don't worry about that, our teachers will be there to guide them. We will try our best to match everyone so that no one will be left behind.

11. Is the Zoom lesson refundable? (My kid is sick on that day)
