Payments are strictly non-refundable.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the workshop will result in payment being forfeited, except for medical reasons.

With a valid Medical Certificate (MC), the payment will be converted into studio credits, redeemable for future workshops or art coaching sessions within a year.
